** When placing orders, please ensure the shipping address you enter is correct. We are not able to cover the cost of replacing items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.**

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@shopcoyotewest.com with photos and we will make it right.

US domestic shipping

All orders are shipped USPS First Class. Most garments are printed-to-order to avoid any surplus or waste (an issue rampant in the fashion industry), and depending on order volume, items may take up to 4 weeks to ship. (It’s a one-woman show over here.)

International shipping

We are currently only offering International Shipping to Canada at this time.


Returns + Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@shopcoyotewest.com within 15 days of receiving your shipment and we will make it right.

We print our garments in small batches, often printed to order and in limited editions, in order to operate as sustainably as possible. Because of this, we are not able to accommodate returns and exchanges.
